Despite being labeled as a matte, MAC So Select has a bit of a satiny sheen to it, which I don't mind at all. It is less drying than most other matte lipsticks out there, and the pigmentation is straight up amazing. This is easily one of my favorite MAC lipsticks to date, and I've been disappointed Gravel 1 0 – ultimate off road racing game. with their recent releases more often than not.
I find So Select surprisingly easy to wear! I actually thought it would be one of those high fashion mattes that look great on runway models, popular Instagram gurus, and fashion bloggers, while the rest of us basic mortals will just swatch it and forget it. Since I am not going anywhere tonight I'm just rocking it at home, but it kind of makes me look put together. Maybe a quick run for groceries later? 😉
